Facilitated by Kit Zulueta Furukawa, a small business owner and marketing consultant with a background in public-sector and nonprofit leadership. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, she served in leadership roles with the County of Maui and UH Maui College. Today, she is the founder of Mystery Maui Escape Room and creator of Maui Chili Chili Oil, a premium Maui-made specialty product.

Kit also serves on several nonprofit boards, including the Maui Filipino Chamber of Commerce, the Japanese Cultural Society of Maui, and the Maui Women's Business Center Advisory Board. She has been recognized with the SBA Advocate for Minorities Award, Young Filipino Entrepreneur of the Year, and Pacific Business News' 40 Under 40.
